An invitation to tender (ITT) is a formal way of requesting proposals from different potential suppliers or contractors who want to win a contract to provide services, goods, or work.

Open bidding also known as opens bidding, contracts are publicly announced, and anyone can submit bids.

  • Rate Units Will Be Negotiating Based On The Original Priority.
