There is nothing new about the fact that riding a motor vehicle or a scooter without a helmet is a punishable offence. However, this bride, not bothering about the rules and regulations, rode a scooter that too without wearing a helmet. The video had gone viral on social media and it garnered Delhi Police’s attention too.
